Forrest, Bryn. Digital Outsourcing: Risks, Pitfalls, and Security Considerations. 1 March 2007. 2 April 2008 http://www.wardpeter.com/2007/03/digital-outsourcing-risks-pitfalls-and.html.

This website is where I learned what is bad about digital outsourcing. It has a power point presentation that tells you about digital outsourcing. The main thing I used it for is to find out what digital outsourcing was. I had never heard of it before I stared this paper.

Myers, Linda. U.S. underestimates jobs lost by outsourcing, labor experts assert. 21 October 2004. 2 April 2008 http://www.news.cornell.edu/chronicle/04/10.21.04/outsourcing_jobs.html.

This website has a lot of good statistics. I used several of them in my paper. They really has strengthened my argument. It gives real statistics form the Midwest. This will show how much it hits home.

NYHAN, JOHN COOK and PAUL. Outsourcing long-term effects on U.S. jobs an issue. 10 March 2004. 10 April 2008 .
I am using this site to get a lot of my theory on the long term effects of outsourcing. Such as, the fact that it will increase unemployment rates. This will cause a recession because people won't have as much money to spend and this causes our economy to fall because their isn't as much money to be made.

Service, Digital Outsourcing. 2 April 2008 http://www.digitaloutsource.net/.

This is website of a company that U.S. companies pay to do their data processing. It showed me why companies do what they do. It gave me insight into what digital outsourcing is and how easy it is to do.

WREN. WREN Report: U.S. Unemployment Rate at 3-Year High. 6 April 2008. 9 April 2008 http://www.hfbusiness.com/story/story.bsp?sid=95160&var=story.

I used this site to get my unemployment rate. This was used to strengthen my argument. This is shows that we are entering economic hard times and if something doesn't change it could become much worse.

Outline

Define Outsourcing
-What most people think outsourcing is Outsourcing of jobs
*How many jobs are estimated to be lost to outsourcing. (Myers, 2004)
-Define Digital Outsourcing
*The new age of outsourcing is to out source your data processing. (Service)
Define the problems of outsourcing.
-People lose jobs.
*stats of outsourcing
-Digital outsourcing loses people jobs to.
* (Colaboration, 2007)
Solution to Problem
-Tariff of goods of companies that outsource to other countries.
* This will off set the companies from getting cheaper labor by making so they have to raise their prices and lose costumers or leave their prices and lose the profit from cheaper labor.
*Digital Outsourcing will be harder to track because its done over the internet, but will still be possible because a companies employment records go through the government and if they start to lay off all their data processors they must have started outsourcing.
* Will also need to get rid of the tax breaks companies are receiving for outsourcing right now.
*The Government will have to make and enforce it just like the do with any taxes.
*If the Government gets started drawing up these tax laws then they would probably go into effect in about 2-4 years.
*This is already an issue in the current Presidential election and if the right person gets elected then and gives a push it will happen. That’s why as American citizens we need to voice our concern with this topic which would push the government to lobby to stop the outsourcing of our jobs.
*This will only affect the large companies who outsource negatively. Over all, it will boost the U.S. Economy by making more jobs in the U.S., which means more money for people here and more money being spent.

Conclusion
-restate problem
-restate solution
-call people to vote and petition to end outsourcing.
